Brittany E. Lakin is a children’s illustrator based in the UK. With a strong love for folklore, myths and all things spooky, she spends much of her time creating worlds and characters that everyone can enjoy. Occasionally these make use of deliciously dark or bittersweet twists.

Much of her work using pencil mediums, mark marking and using digital tools to combine textures and colours with her drawings. However she is not averse to branching out, introducing inks, gouache, and clay into her work.
